Welcome to the Duke LifeNet web page. The newsletter is produced three times per year with a reading audience that includes physicians, nurses, and EMS personnel. The newsletter has both in-state and out-of-state readers. At one time the newsletter covered trauma only but is recent years it was felt we needed to expand to all of emergency services. Therefore our Editorial Board tries to find articles that cover a wide range of topics.

 

We are always looking for hot topics and authors. If you would like to write an article yourself we would love to have you send it on and will work with you to get it published. If you have a topic but would rather not be the author let us now that also and we will find someone that can address the topic. We currently have a wide range of authors from DUMC and elsewhere that includes residents, nurses, physicians, EMS personnel, hospital administrators, and state trauma specialists. Case presentations are popular and educational.
